Workshops and parts

The customer asks about their car. The front desk does not lose the thread.

Repair status, drop-off appointments and parts messages. You set the status; the phone reads it out without making things up. Customers and vehicles at the counter: data on your GPU.

For mechanical and body-shop garages with one person at the counter and the phone ringing on the bonnet.

I want the phone to give the status without stopping the counter

From €1,248/month on dedicated cloud (software + GPU server + backup). Set-up €800. Calls billed separately. 3-month minimum term.

Zero external API · Zero lock-in · local GPU

How it works

Five steps, always the same

  1. 01

The customer calls with a registration plate or name.

  2. 02

If a status exists in the panel, it reads it out. Otherwise it takes a message.

  3. 03

Drop-off appointment: it asks for a time slot and leaves a proposal.

  4. 04

It never promises “ready this afternoon” unless you have marked it so.

  5. 05

    The counter approves doubtful appointments.

Features

What it does for you

Simple statuses: received / awaiting part / ready / delivered.

Drop-off appointments by voice.

Transfer to the workshop foreman.

No blind parts quoting, except for price lists you upload yourself.

Customer and vehicle data on your GPU, no third-party API.

Why sovereign

Why sovereign / why this price

«My DMS already does this.»
Almost none of them picks up the phone. This voice layer runs on your GPU and does not tie you in: notices are exportable, the DMS integrates at €95/h, and it can notify the customer on its own once you set the status.

Zero off-box: everything stays on your side of the network

  • Zero external API: voice and data are processed on your GPU. Not one call to a third-party model.

  • Zero lock-in: your stack, your data, in exportable format. You leave whenever you want and take them with you.

  • Deterministic: the same call yields the same auditable outcome. It does not improvise prices, appointments, or deadlines.

  • Zero recording: no audio stored by default; what remains is a written, auditable summary.
