Five steps, always the same

The customer calls your 9xx number (or a new number you divert at night).

Immediate greeting. It asks: what is happening, address, access, callback number.

It reads the summary back. If it is not right, it is corrected within the same call.

It hangs up with a reference number. The notice appears in your panel.

You approve and the notice goes to the technician (SMS/email). Or you hand it over to a human live.

Prices exclude VAT. Telephony, WhatsApp, external LLMs, CDN and SMS on the customer's account. One instance = one fixed size; unlimited users.

Frequently asked questions
Does it pick up the phone at 3 a.m.?
Yes. The server does not sleep. You decide whether to go out.
Can it quote a price?
Only if you upload your call-out rates. By default it does not quote blind.
What if it is a fire or someone is not breathing?
It transfers and reminds the caller of 112. We do not act as 112.
Do we have to change our phone system?
No. A DID diversion or a new number placed in front of yours.
